This was a mobile device only gig, iOS and Android.
Main concern was a solid wifi bubble with 100% uptime.
The issue with retail vendor heavy environments is the amount of interference, noticeable at peak wireless sales transaction times.
No matter if it was start of show, the lunchtime rush, or end of show bulge of sales activity, I gave them maximum uptime for their demo games, social capture feed, and secure internal communications.

I set their security bubble with monitoring and rules from my laptop running CentOS 6.2 vm’s, same as when I’m doing DevOps in non-gaming.
